Contract Terms

Windsor Oaks Vineyards sells to both large and small Buyers. Transactions with Buyers with requirements under three tons are not unusual. However, on a case by case basis, these transactions may be limited to unique situations and special opportunities.

The final contract terms are subject to negotiation.

Windsor Oaks Vineyards prefers to uses its own one-year contract for most of its Buyers. Some Buyers require their form of a grape contract or have need for specific language. On a case-by-case basis, consideration is given to using the Buyer’s contract or language while in keeping with the main tenets of our contract. A sample Windsor Oaks Vineyards contract is available to prospective Buyers after agreement is reached on the broad outline of the purchase.
